This was in the road in the Isle of Dogs, E14. Westferry Road, Isle of Dogs, London, E14. About a metre from Soundtek Presents Hero of the Millennium was this sorry CD – or rather, some of it. A cheerful man and lady smile. No text that I can decipher. Unlikely to play.
